WebSep 28, 2012 · Both windows are free (not checked) and both drivers appears to be working properly in device manager. Pairing the bluetooth devices between machines was successful as well. Problem is when running bthecho.exe - it keeps failing in CreateFile and reports error 1167 ("the device is not connected").
