WebMay 10, 2024 · The IRS has submitted the case to BFS for an investigation. At years end “2024” TPG website no longer shows my refund on the site. TPG stated they’ve mailed a refund check which was never received. Website stated funds were direct deposited which my account shows it was rejected and sent back to TPG.

That is TPG and typically there is not a delay once the funds are sent from the IRS to TPG, the funds are then sent without delay to your bank account (if it is a valid one). It clearly states they will mail the card to the address on your tax return.
