Meaning to remove 2" of lift the spring would have to be mounted where the bolt for the shackle is. Ground Force has a 1 inch lowering shackle kit and it works very well and looks nice but I will say that the instructions stink. 1 inch does make the truck look much better. I have a 2wd also so lowering the back end does even it it up. If I remember it is about $75 for the shackles. M.
