WebJust had this issue. I am sure you figured this out by now but for others...... Pop cap off top of agitator. There is a bolt at the bottom you have to remove. (ratchet set with long extension). Wiggle the agitator a bit to work it loose. Just had 3/4 of a bed sheet that got stuck in there.
