Webb4 dec. 2024 · Hello @BrianH1957. I tried the SharePoint Idle session Timeout, it actually signed out the user after a particular given time. But it did not sign out the user from seeing the document, except the user refreshes the browser. If the document is opened on the desktop app, this session time out didn't also sign the user out. Webb21 mars 2024 · I know how to Share a workbook. But Excel is showing the workbook is "shared" but it isn't. When more then one person tried to access the file, a notice pops up that someone else is in the file and it can be Read Only. I'm currently in the file. This shows the workbook is supposed to be shared (see on the far right it shows it's shared):
